Star Quality was formed in 2002 as a Home Inspection Service by current owner T.L. Nick (U.S. Army Ret.).   As home ownership continued to grow in 2003 and our clients looked for innovative and exciting ways to spice up their new homes, we decided to expand our products and services to meet the growing needs of our customers, and market demands.  In early 2006 we developed a Real Estate Management department with a primary role of providing support services to our real estate investors and landlord customers.  This department is responsible for receiving and processing any maintenance request reported by the tenants occupying the property.  They also provide assistance with tenant turnover/departures, listing and marketing support.  This is a service that has truly provided beneficial results to our property owners by allowing them the opportunity to manage there time more effectively.
